"In 2007 one of our targets in the Trust was to deliver Conflict Resolution training to all our front line staff. This was a sizable task requiring careful planning and we decided to outsource the training provision. After careful research we decided to develop a partnership with Cheshire Assessment and Training Solutions (CAATS).
That partnership has resulted in over 2000 staff at the Trust receiving Conflict Resolution Training to the standard required by the NHS Counter Fraud and Security Management Service (CFSMS). That partnership continues to grow with Warrington and Halton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and CAATS working together to provide a safer hospital community.
